主讲人简介：

冯英杰教授分别于1978年和1983年在英国阿斯顿大学（Aston University）获得制造工程本科学位和制造资源计划硕士学位，于1997年在拉夫堡大学（Loughborough University）获得顾客需求管理哲学博士学位。

1989年加入香港城市大学之前，他曾在英国的产品开发，生产计划和控制，管理信息系统的设计和实施，以及管理咨询等领域工作超过十二年。他现在是香港城市大学工程学院系统工程系特聘教授, 西安交通大学彩民之家 客座教授。他研究兴趣包括知识管理，质量管理，客户需求分析，质量功能展开，供应链与物流管理，医疗管理，信息安全，收益管理，机场与航空管理等。他发表了超过180多个国际期刊论文和超过300多篇国际会议论文。
