报告人简介：

皇家墨尔本理工大学彩民之家 国际商务战略管理教授，曾任国际商务与创新创业系主任。之前曾在澳大利亚其他多所大学任职包括科廷大学彩民之家 教授, 院长、副院长、学院研究主任、学科负责人; 澳大利亚囯立大学管理营销及国际商务学院付院长兼教学部主任; 南澳大利亚大学亚洲商务研究中心副主任等领导职务。姜教授的主要研究领域为国际跨国海外直接投资战略决策及经营管理。他在理论发展和推广方面最重要的贡献包括海外市场进入模式，跨国公司与本土公司竞争优势与劣势，中外合资企业知识创新与母公司知识分享机制，高层管理者的全球礼野对跨国公司的战略决策及跨国企业的影响。研究成果主要发表在Journal of International Business Studies、Journal of World Business, Journal of International Management, Global Strategy Journal, Management International Review, Journal of Business Ethics等期刊。根据Emerald Group Publishing Limited发布的一项研究，姜教授是中国对外直接投资和中国跨国企业的研究，在高影响力的国际商务与管理期刊上位列全球第一。他是《商业研究杂志》副主编。他同时担任Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of World Business, Management International Review, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management编委，于2026年获得了JIBS最佳审稿人奖。近十多年来，他受邀参与了评估澳大利亚，瑞士，及加拿大重大国家基金研究项目的申请。

Abstract

This research seminar will focus on sharing the reflections on the presenter’s own experience and lessons in conducting research, writing and publishing papers in leading international business and management journals and his over ten years’ experience in serving on the editorial boards of leading journals as a reviewer and an associate editor. In particular, his experience in reviewing and handling research papers submitted by scholars from Mainland China. Using real examples, Professor Jiang will share his observations of the general and critical issues that contribute to rejections as well as the strength of the manuscript prepared and submitted by Chinese scholars. He will share with you some key takeaways for developing high quality papers with a better chance of getting published. Specifically, Professor Jiang will delineate on how to effectively and efficiently structure a paper and what key contents should be included in each section in a paper with desirable standards. Discussions may also touch on other issues such as strategies for research collaboration and publishing as well as for academic career development. The presenter strongly encourages two-way communications during the seminar time.
